Chairman's Welcome Statement

Welcome to the investor relations section of the Kada Technology Holdings website.

Kada specialises in the distribution and development of electronic components and devices. The Group's three divisions are:

• Distributorship Business - distributes and trades electronic components
• Solutions Business - design, development and sale of solutions packages for electronic devices
• Media Platform Business - virtual operation of wireless media platform

Founded in 2004, the Group is headquartered in Shenzhen with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Zhuzhou and Mianyang in China, as well as Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. The Group currently has over 130 employees including an experienced management team.

Fully pursuant to AIM Rule 26, this investor relations section with newly added features and content, aims to deliver timely news and information updates to existing and potential investors.
